Collective Security Group

Collective Security Group (CSG) is a women-led, black-owned professional security collective. Headquartered in the US with a global network of experienced security professionals, CSG brings thoughtful, people-centered approaches to security risk management, drawing on expertise across international aid, martial arts, and corporate sectors. We believe effective security must be holistic, practical, and move beyond traditional checklists. CSG was founded on the principle that safety and security should be designed with people, not applied to them. CSG believes that security should not be one-size-fits-all. We bring intentionality, lived experience, and professional excellence to every engagement.
